Cotton Creek Ranch Brahman cattle are bred with the very best in
American Gray Brahman genetics. We have won many show titles in the
western region, as well as selling our cattle all over the west and in
Mexico. Our cattle have great dispositions, with plenty of muscle and
ranging ability. We have used herdsire bloodlines going back to Ringer
802, JJ Didor Crata 919, V8 700/3 and Tomorrow. Our cows are good
mothers, with good udders and their claves get up and suckle. We take
pride in the survivability and performance our cattle attain here in the
rugged Sierra Nevada foothills of central California.
Brangus
Cattle
Cotton Creek Ranch Brangus cattle might win some show titles, but they
are bred with the commercial cattleman in mind. Our bulls are raised
here in the rugged Sierra Nevada foothills of central California. All
our cattle are foothill abortion and anaplasmosis exposed as calves so
you can buy them with confidence and run them in any type of country. We
are currently breeding our new herd sire XS Newsmaker 986K3 on our big,
stout, and broody mother cow herd. We Calve in the fall and wean great
babies with low birth weights, solid weaning and yearling weights. And
since we have focused on cleanliness, performance, and mothering
ability, don't be surprised to see big, thick Brangus bulls with clean
sheaths, great milk, and total maternal EPD's. Our cows are good ones
and they do it all on native pastures. Remember, if you want old fashion
